There are many benefits being associated with EliteFTS in the capacity that I am.

I asked if there were any gyms that I could train in this weekend when I head over to Phoenix AZ.

I didn't get one response.  NOPE...more like 100.  That alone tells me that there is no reason to be out of shape in the Valley of the Sun.  So many choices...

I just need to see what our Hockey schedule brings, then I don't want to encroach on anyone or make them feel obligated to me.  But what a warm and hospitable response I had gotten.

As for my own gym, I have a few people I can count on.  They are pitching in to keep the Air Craft Carrier afloat and operational.

I am surrounded by GOOD Motherfucking people!!!

 

Today's Training: 

Squat:

Work up to a heavy 5 reps.

Then bring the rep count down to 3 and add one chain per side until the PRE is 7 or 8.

Five total sets at that weight.

 

Dead Lift:

Work up to a heavy deuce.

Then do 5 sets at that weight

 

Reverse Hyper:

2x25
