It’s about making choices, committing to those choices and taking responsibility for what you do, for your life. You're out of shape? Why? It's easy to get into shape and staying there. You don't like your job? Why are you staying where you are? Security??? HA! That's a joke.
Get out of your comfort zones. If you don't like to run, RUN! You don't like taking the heavier weight for a ride, Lift it! You don't like talking to people, present a subject to a group.
We are all here for a limited amount of time. That ride into the sunset should be one that you have WORN out and not RUSTED out.
It’s about not being restricted by norms and conventions that society puts on people. You have to seek your own truth.
