Every month here at the meathead university of Elitefts we are given rankings on athlete and coaches logs as well as articles. When I was part of the athlete logs I had a really good following and ranked well. So I was very apprehensive about making the move to the coaches logs. In my heart though, I knew my serious competing days were behind me and I needed to switch gears.

My coaching log started off with good promise, but was not ranking up where it was as an athlete. That said, it continued to gain traction. Because I don't want this to seem like a competition I am not going to give my current placing, but I will say my log now does EXTREMELY well.

This is not to brag, rather, this is to say thank you. I am deeply humbled that so many of you read my work. I really do put a lot of effort into my log, so it's deeply rewarding to know it's appreciated. I have done my best to give a lot of myself whether it's training, recovery, nutrition, or just personal stuff. We all have the same struggles and I like to think we are in this together. Actually, I know it because many of you share with me here and on social media. Please keep that coming.

It's wild to know that friends, relatives, co-workers, and last, but certainly not least, the strength community has embraced my pilgrimage. Thank you all. I am truly grateful. I hope you continue reading. I certainly hope to have many years to come.
