Except for Christmas, every Holiday I put together one workout in the morning for anyone and everyone in the CSA gym community.

The workouts are borderline stupid, but they always end up being a lot of fun.

Two years ago we dead lifted one rep on the minute

Last year we squatted two reps every minute

This year since I don't have enough benches and the prediction for this year's group size is "IMMENSE" for bench pressing, we are going to do Push Ups.

Yup, Push ups . Thats all.

Here's the catch, if you want to join in the fun and have no fucking arms and pectoral pain for the rest of the day THAT'S ON YOU.  Good luck with that.

How do I know this is a tough one?  I did it yesterday and suffered the rest of the day, into the night and even now, I still haven't eat'n enough and had enough water.

The Training Today (If you have the guts for it)

Push Ups: 1000 reps  (yes, ONE Motherfuckingthousand) to be done in 70 minutes.  Why seventy?  That's how long it took me, so go ahead and whoop this old man's ass.
