I was kidding the people early morning that I'm like an I Pad.  My internal clock automatically changes.  0300 and BOOM...my eyes were open and I was ready for my routine.

Not just a few, but EVERYONE was "off" by ummm, errr, about an HOUR!  Imagine that?

Well we can make ourselves either miserable or strong.  Since it takes about the same amount of effort...We chose STRONG!

Today's Training:

Dynamic Dead Lift:  Move the weight UP by 20 lbs for men and 10 lbs for women.  Do 10 sets of 2 reps.  Focus on technique and bar speed.

Rep Dead Lift: 4 sets of 10 reps with the same weight you used for the 3 sets last week.

Ab Wheel Roll Out: 4x10

Lat Pulldowns: 4x10

Zig Zag Bar Curls: 2 sets of what ever the reps to get a "pump".

Don't overthink this.  You don't have to kill it, just get a pump!
