I'm just going to throw this  blazing shoulder pump workout that I did today at ya. It requires no special equipment other than a barbell, some dumbbells, a set of balls and your desire to have shoulders that look like a porn star's tits . . . only way more dense.

Military press (standing, not sitting like some of you lazy cheaters do):  warmed up to a weight where I felt I could get four or five reps and did 3, 3, 3, 5, 7 reps

Then moved up 5kgs and did a single, up another 5 and did another single, felt strong so I added another 5 and did a single.

Dropped the weight and did 5 sets of 10 reps

Dumbbell side raises: 5 sets of 20

Barbell upright rows- wide grip: 5 sets of 20

Front plate raise: 5 sets of 20

I then ran down to the patent office and trademarked the name of the workout because god forbid the name of this workout should fall into the wrong hands. It'll be anarchy . . .  shoulders will exploding everywhere!
