I have a quick log for you today because the holidays have me BUSY!

 

I get asked a lot about how to perform the Chair Deadlift, or the  Box Deadlift-same exercise, two names.

 

So, without too many words, here is a video on how to do them.

 

We like to use these as a second, or third exercise to build technique.

 

Take your time and work on the wedge into the bar with your hips.

 

Stick with sets of 3-5 reps with a weight that you can hold good positions with.
