Vinny D and I masterminded this Combat Chassis/Conditioning idea WEEKS ago.  Although my participants complain about it, they all agree when it's over, said, and DONE...that it is REALLY good for them.

The idea is to keep moving and not take breaks once you start.

Here's the plan today...

 

Today's Training:

Suspended Knees to Elbows: 5x10

Ab Wheel Roll Out: 5x10

Landmind Twist: 5x10

Hyvk Pike Ups: 5x10

Ab Crunch: 5 x 10

 

Done as a continuous five round circuit.

 

 

Pull Ups: 5x20

Dips: 5x20

Back Extension: 5x20

Reverse Hyper: 5x20

 

Done as a continuous five round circuit

 

If there is more time to invest:

Concept II Row: 10 minutes

AirDyne Bike: 10 minutes
