I have written goals and objectives in three areas, Financial, Physical (that's all things related to Strength and Conditioning AND Health) and Social.

April and I have been doing this since we met, and I had done them a few years prior to that to get myself out of the pickle I was in.

Since then, we have hit 99% of what we set out to do.

"A man without a plan is like ship without a rudder. It's destine for disaster"~ Black Cardigan Club quote.

We would be at 100% but that time clock thing...I never lost a game either, I've simply run out of time. Hahahahahaa

So in spite of the Three goals, and three objectives to meet those goals I woke up at 0300 and turned to April and said..."2017 Goal is to be like Nike, and Just Do It".

What?  Do it!  We all have the paralysis of analysis.  We sit and overthink what we want to do, and before you know it, we lose the motivation to.  Instead, when the impulse hits my body (or brain) I am going to put feet to that objective AT THE MOMENT!  No waiting for others.  No waiting for the details (they will reveal themselves as you go) No starting later or tomorrow or Monday...NOW motherfuckers...Do It NOW!

Some might be feeling a little less ambitious being it January 1 and you might have had too many milk and cookies last night.

Here's what I say about THAT...So?  That's a self inflicted wound.  One that had me say more than once, "I'm never drinking again".  Yea, right...Also going to call "BullSHIT" when it is.  So...Bullshit!  You shot yourself in the foot, limp!  But Do IT anyway!  It won't be your best effort, but it WILL be an effort.

Fire and brimstone, piss and vinegar.  WWTRD?  (what would Teddy Roosevelt do?)  BULLY!

April, Hunter, and I went to the gym.  Big fucking deal!  If you went it would be a bigger fucking deal.

This isn't about, "Look at what we did" to make you feel bad.  You already do if you did nothing.  Not my objective.

BUT...

GHR: 3x10/ Back Extension:3x10/Suspended Knee Ups: 3x10 as a warm up

Lat Pulldowns and Dumbell Row: 15 sets of each x 10 reps of each

Done in less than 30 minutes.

Heading for a hike later today.  But DOING IT!
