I've been called a Neanderthal because I don't own a smart phone.  People ask, "how do I get in touch with you?" to which I answer, come over and visit.

My son will tell me that he would like to Text his friend to see if he can come out and play.  I tell him ...ride your bike over to his house and knock on his door!

Although I am not a fan of the NEWS or CNN this is a pretty good article and we should take note of it NOW.

Take the time to consume it.  Chew on it.  Digest it.  Then we can get back to real world PLAYING and COMMUNICATING.
