It's like when I coach. The first time I say, "Don't do..." the athlete does exactly THAT!

Knowing this, I changed my verbiage from telling a person what I want them to do, instead of what I don't want them to do.

At first, it's hard. Because it's a habit. But the moment you tell a person what you want them to do...they do it!
