January 2nd, 2019 (I need to continue to write that) and everyone has a plan for the year.
I've seen numerous "resolutions" already that folks are going to "Do it for real" this time or Goals to be accomplished, until it becomes inconvenient.
The Truth (which hurts) is that NOTHING will change until YOU take ownership of the things that have held you back in the past.
You aren't bulking, or consider yourself "fluffy", the truth is you're fat! Until you own it, you will find excuses to justify your current state of affairs.
You're not weak. You simply aren't disciplined enough to get under a stressful load that will make you strong. "That stuff hurts", well, YEA! The truth is you don't like to hurt.
I don't like...(insert any and all statements of what you dislike) OK??? So what are you doing actively to change it? Nothing! It's inconvenient and breaks up your normal routine of EXISTING.
Before you can actually make ANY resolve to any and or all of the things you want to accomplish this year, you need to OWN what has held you back thus far. It MUST contain the TRUTH in order to become accurate with your resolves.
Make a list! Put it where you can see it, and take care of YOUR issues!

Leg Swing: x20 each leg
Leg Abduction Swing: x20 each leg
Walking Lunge: 20 steps each leg
DB Row: 3x13x30 for men; 15 for women
BB Curl: 3x13x45 lb bar for men; modified 33 for women
Tricep Rope Extension (push downs) 3x13x 70 for men; 40 for women.
Make sure that EACH REP is as hard as you can make it. Full range of motion. Strict tempo, grip TIGHT! Each contraction should be made to feel like you are trying to CRAMP the muscle.
Inverted Versi Climber: 10 x 24 steps

Graded Treadmill Walk: 3.3 mph 1% up every minute for 5 minutes, then maintain the speed and the 5% grade for an additional five minutes.
