Today's Training:

AirDyne Bike: 20 minutes

DB Chest Press: Work up to a heavy 8 reps, front loading the sets.

Once you have found the heaviest weight for 8 do an additional TWO sets

Don't lock out and get them DEEP for the stretch

 

Incline Barbell Chest Press:

5x15

Don't touch the chest and don't lock out

 

Dip: 3x15

Lateral Raise: 4x10

Rear Delt w/ Kettle bells: 3x25 w/ ridiculously heavy kettlebells.
