Dynamic Bench: 10x3 @ 10 pounds more for men, and 5 pounds more for women over last week's weight done for 12 sets

Rep Bench: 4x10 @ same weight as last week's three set work

DB LR: 4x10

Shrugs: 4x10@315

Dips: 200 reps in as few sets as possible
