"There, I lobbed your bloody arm off"

"You did NOT!  Its a mere flesh wound"

Remember that scene in Monty Python's "The Holy Grail"?

I tend not to make a big deal about little bangs and bumps.

I'm not quite certain but I think I strained an abdominal muscle the other day.  At first I thought, "uh-oh...hernia" but upon further review, I have no swelling, no visible protrusions, no constipation, nothing but pain on certain movements.  So onto exercises to help strengthen a weak muscle.

While I had everyone else do:

Prowler: 10x40 yards

Sprints: 12x50 yards

Tricep Rope Push downs: 4x15 super set w/

Barbell Curls: 4x8

Supine DB Tricep Extensions: 4x15

Super Set w/

DB Hammer Curls: 4x8

I did:

Chin ups: 90 reps

Dips: 180 reps

GHR: 5x10

Back Extension: 5x10

Suspended Knees to Elbows: 5x10

Side Flexion over the 45 degree back extension: 5x10
