Once there...do five sets of 10 @155  Women use: 50-55

 

Incline Chest Press:

Men: 5x10@135  women: 45 lb bar

 

Overhead Press:

Men: 5x10@100  Women: 50

 

DB Lateral Raise: 3x10

DB Front Raise: 3x15

 

Push Ups:

Men 135

Women 80
