OK boys and girls.  For the strength endurance crowd let's bang this out:

4 sets of 25 reps in this order and as fast as you can get it done.

Split Squat

Squat

Rear Stepping Lunge

Momentum squat (up on your tippy toes)

Side Lunge Left

Side Lunge Right

Jump Squat

Jump Lunge

 

Those additional side lunges are to be deep.  Get your who ha's to the floor.

No need for conditioning.  This will surely do it if you go balls to the wall.
