Most of us see commercialized fitness with people drenched in sweat, with hard glistening bodies, and grimacing with the badass effort they are putting into it to look Afuckingmazing!!!

The truth is to lose FAT! Mind you, I said FAT and not training your heart, lungs, and oxygen delivery system, you need to SLOW the HECK DOWN!

A simple way to determine the FAT BURNING RANGE of Heart Rate, you need to use two equations to figure it out.

The first will give you the lower end of your fat-burning zone. The second will give you the higher end of that range.

  • Maximum heart rate for your age x .64 = lower end of fat-burning zone
  • Maximum heart rate for your age x .76 = higher end of fat-burning zone

Keeping your heart in this range while FASTED, yes going out hungry for at least 30 minutes will burn fat as the fuel source and create an environment to lose those "love handles", "fat back", and "flabby fupas".

Now we need to focus on what to eat when you come back from this workout.

I'll keep this simple too.

Eat 30 grams of protein!

A hardboiled egg is about 5 grams, so figure it out!

Handle the fat storage, Wide Body, then we'll address adding muscle for a double kick in the ass to getting into healthy shape!
