Today starts the new programming for the year.  Those that missed it are already a day behind.  Good!

Move naturally

Most of us, our jobs make us more sedentary.  Our modern lifestyles have been engineered in a way that takes movement out of our lives.  It's up to us to get in as much as we can during any particular day.  For example, you should never use an elevator or escalator.  Another option should include a walk during the day or early evening.  I try  to avoid using the car whenever or wherever I can.

Even vacations can be scheduled in a way that are active, like a one centered around surfing,  hiking, or cycling.”

The more exercise you can fit into your day, the better.

I recommend a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise four times a week.

This is the bare minimum amount of exercise to do that will benefit your health.

Include:

Back Extensions

GHR's

Reverse Hypers

A push exercise

A pull exercise

Ab of a sort

and a large muscle group that can move in a rhythmic fashion.
