Here is today's training session.  Still a bit jet lagged from the trip

All sets were cluster do 6 reps rest 15 seconds, repeat the sequence for 5 minutes

--Incline Hammer Strength Failed bad at 4:16

-Chest Supported Row (lot better here)

--Rear Delt Flys (excellent)

--Shrugs Hammer Strength (Excellent)

--Triceps Pushdowns Rope (very good)

Got better as I went BUT besides incline performed well.

Finished off heavy bad 6 1 minute rounds, emphasizing extreme activity not stop movements and punches--felt a little jet lagged but quick and powerful almost like a drunk with super human strength quite surreal but enjoyable LOL
