Keep getting a little better with dips, up 5 pounds this week went 10 sets of 5 (each rep is a 1 and 1/4 reps) I hold the last rep each set 5 secs at the bottom to stretch a little deeper (after each set do either wrist roller or band pull aparts)

My stretching session later to went excellent so staying the course with this...............
