Today's workout was a ball buster.

My youngest son and wife both have strep throat, so I brought my two year old to the gym with me.  Needless to say he loved it!

Here is the workout

Belt Squats 10 sets of 10--supersetted with 20 leg extensions after 1 set, 6 single leg curls each side after the other in an alternating fashion

Added more weight this was hard, very hard!

Finished off with 5 sets of 5 neck work.

Will continue you this routine until I am gone for a week at the end of August.
