For updates on this follow me on my Instagram Account as 4 people is not a lot and not something we will be creating marketing campaigns for. All updated info for this will be shared there.

From my Instagram Story - there does look as if there is interest in this. I need to stress that this is real training and not seminar instruction. If something’s screwed up technique-wise, it will be fixed or just moved to something else. There will also be a completed health history beforehand that will allow me the right to refuse anyone.
There will be no more than four people. I can’t personally train/teach more than that at one time. This was hard to price because it’s putting a value on my free time, and I already work too much. This is why I asked what to charge in my story. However, this will be a blast to do, not easy, but enjoyable. The rate is will be $550.00 per person. This is for the training and a Q & A recap, no longer than 2 or 3 hours total (if that).
I was asked if I would do one session on Saturday and one on Sunday as it will provide more bang for the buck for those who travel.
For the first one, I have to say no because these take a hell of a lot out of me, and if I can’t bring my best for the second session I’d rather not do it. Once I do one I’ll know if I can do it or not.
My question, which I can’t ask on the story, is what to train? I can go all strength, working with a Squat-Deadlift Session or a Bench Session.
I could also go the bodybuilding route and have a lower body session or an upper body session. (I can break this into body parts, but the back is the one I see trained the most screwed up and without enough intensity).
What would be your suggestions? While I will teach, the effort of the session is not going to be a joke. Nobody is going to pay these rates to come hang out - nor will I let them.
I will not do this for any less or more than 4 people per session. NO EXCEPTIONS
I thank you for any thoughts, ideas or suggestions appreciated.
This will only be held at the @elitefts s5 gym in London, Ohio
