Fridays workout cut a little early, feeling awful no explanation, one of those days

 

Sunday (could not get to the gym cause of time)

I trained at the house which turned into a blessing

I went 10 sets of BW dips (for 30 seconds) focusing on ROM

Immediately did 10 swings with 195 pounds rested, 2 minutes repeated 10 times, heart rate was through the roof

I really like this pseudo German volume training and since I have no meets and train to stay #gasstationready I am going to push this hard!

About to go Shadow box in my garage, tomorrow will start my journey to get in shape for September
