Training has been similar to what I have posted but progressed upwards
Today I did things a little differently--pressed for time and trained in my garage--here was the session
Hit the heavy big 6 1 minute rounds---30 seconds rest
35 minutes carry sandbag half way down drive way then back up supersetted with 20 pullovers, only break walking---this was hard
