Pendlay Row (3 sets of 3)

Dips 3 sets of 5

Med Ball Throws

Recovery Day

Took kids to trampoline park for an hour chased them and jumped a lot!!

Today Lower Body strength Endurance

Squats 8 sets of 8 (rest 30 seconds this was SO HARD)

Sandbag cleans (wanted 6 sets of 5 doing one every minute, failed at 3, squats wiped me out and they are not heavy lol) Great stimulus as I have not squatted in forever so what I need, conditioning is great
