(Giant Set 3 times--Deadlift Hypers x 5, GHR x6, Leg Curls toes pointed in to failure) This Was brutal

Safety Squats 4 x 5 (progressively added weights)

6 minutes 1 leg ext, slow muscle intention style, 20 sec each leg alternating never let the stack touch
