Sunday - Bench

  • Metabolic Circuit
  • Leg Press: 405 - 25/15/10
  • Shoulder Press Machine: 8/7/7 (this machine sucks) w/Rear Delts: 3x15
  • RDL/Row/Shrug: 135 - 2x8
  • Lat Pulldown: 15/10/10
  • DB Curls/Pushdowns: 2 sets of each

Tuesday - Deadlift

  • Trap Bar: 230/260/3x3@290
  • Metabolic Circuit
  • FBB Press: 65 - 13/10/9 w/Rear Delts: 3x15
  • Leg Press: 25/15/10
  • Hammer Row: 2 plates - 20/12/10
  • Trap Bar Shrug/FBB Curls/Band Pushdowns: 2 sets of each

Both workout went well, despite the cold I've been fighting off.

I have the rest of this week off then school starts.  I'm getting into a good groove training.  Hopefully, next week doesn't derail my start.  I may curtail the workouts - hit 4 major movements and be happy with that - to take into account the frantic pace of the first week back... when coaches haven't gotten me their lifting times (classes were scheduled back in October) and then get pissy when they can't have whatever they want.  You know who can have any time he wants?  Nick Saban.  He doesn't coach here.

Add the kids to that mix.  The excuses... oh the excuses...  Some are legit, but I'll rarely acknowledge that.  Give 'em an inch and they take a mile.

Look at that.  I'm almost started a rant.  Bet you guys have missed that.  Hahaha!
