When I train, whether it is running, biking, swimming, or weightlifting, I feel as if I have a handle on EVERYTHING.

I DON'T!!!!   I just feel that way.

Training has kept me in the "I haven't kiled anyone in a long time" zone too.

Tier I

Run: 5K

DE Bench: 10x3x185+ 3 sets of chains per side

Two sets to one rep from failure at 185

 

OHP: 10x3x105

Lat Pulldown: 80 reps @130 lbs

Shrug: 80 reps @315

Rope Tricep Pushdown: 80 reps @100 lbs

Barbell Curl: 80 reps @ 65 lbs

4 way neck: 1x25x3.5

Sprint: 5x100 yards

 

Tier II

80 reps of the following:

Hip Extension

Bench Press @65 lbs

Sit up

GHR

Walking Lunge

DB Lateral Raise

Air Squat 1 and 1/2's

All the way down

Halfway up

All the way back down

All the way up

EQUALS ONE REP
