General fitness continues!  very basic and very primitive but at this point I am concerned about longevity and health--I physically feel the best I ever have

This was yesterday----10 sets of 20 reps BW dips, 10 minutes of arm occlusion training, some band pull aparts and neck harness work

 

the harness snapped I was training I need to post a pic so strong people are aware thankfully my son was not hurt he was 10 feet away and I wasn't either.

 

Been training more and more in my garage with their and Metroflex what more could one need.
