This morning at 0330 I woke up determined to kick someone's ass. I don't know, it might be the meds that don't work as well or it might be the wrong side of that proverbial bed that I was getting up on. But I just wanted to go test my medal to see if I could hack it or if I needed to start packing it.
As I hopped out of bed, take care of the morning ritual, I head in and prepare to CONDITION like a metabolic inferno.

6x40 yards x 90 pounds Prowler Push
6x15 second AirDyne Air Assault sprints with a 45 second recovery
10x12 second Concept II Cross Country Ski training apparatus.
Lungs burned a little, hacked up a small state, but I am GOOD TO GO!
