My apologies for lack of posts.  I could go into 10,000 reasons why and they are good on my end--November was a record month business wise and last year that was my worst month of the year.

So its all good and training is going great, I will post regular now, I know I have fallen off the wagon before

Boxing Footwork Drills as warm-up & Jump Rope

Workout 60 trips 5 yards at about 50% max weight on wheel barrow in a cluster style do as many as I can then rest, anywhere from 8 to sets (33 minutes of actual work after warm up)
