I am going to focus on primarily bodyweight training until Nov 1st then reevaluate

The exceptions will be I will add resistance to dips once a week, I will also do heavy swings on my plate loaded kettlebell

The criteria I will use to assess are

-how my joints feel, strength when back to barbells, explosive power, endurance, body composition

I have done this once in 1997 and once in 2009

Here is yesterdays workout AM

--560 Hindu Squats in 32 minutes (goal was in 40)

- 5 sets of 20 head nods

In the PM, "kettlebell swing"

Weight/Sets/Reps

20/2/10

65/2/8

110/1/5

130/1/5

150/1/5

170/1/5

185/1/5

200/1/5

I would like to work these up to 300 pounds and then see how it transfers to a deadlift, in the past they have worked great as an accessory work

A couple cool training videos, I finally have access to the training videos that were taken of me training Branch Warren in 2012, they have never been seen, I will release a couple a week on my Joshstrength youtube (bigdan49) and my Jailhouse Strong one........subscribe to both
