Pull ups 10 sets ranging from 6-3 Really emphasizing stretch and ROM

Jump Rope (as warm up)

Swings 15x12, 60x12, 105x10, 150x8, 195x6, 245 x 11

Today Jump Rope 4 Rounds on the heavy bag,emphasized speed and staying active over power Dips BW did 8:10 under tensions (stop just shy of failure and continue until time was reached) Between sets did ladder drill or neck work Here is a video of my brother nailing a huge PR of 700 on the deadlift
