10 sets of 10 (same weight as 8 sets  last Week) floor fly dbells paused incline dbell fly 2sets 15 reps dips max reps in 60 seconds, max in 45 sec, max in 30 sec in and out here are some flys

Experimented with some Bill Pearl inspired front raises

My Client, masters Powerlifter Brandon Cass hitting 825 x 4 reps in the deadlift a HUGE PR! @ 220 BW
