Okay very solid workout today---felt 100 times better than yesterday

--15 minutes various foot work drills and jump roping back and forth felt really solid

--Wheel Barrow 20 yards (ten backwards/ten forwards) followed by 12 shrugs (with wheel  barrow) x 25 BW Squats x 20 reps Neck harness (did circuit 10 times)

 

Felt like a million bucks today!
