Been sick for the first time in a few year, definitely improving so that is a HUGE PLUS!

Monday did 45 Minutes of boxing on Mitts (stamina was down) Did some light wheel barrow and swing work

 

Yesterday 20 minutes of boxing line drills, 8 sets of 16 BW dips, supersetted with pull ups

Today off--I usually feel extremely high energy and driven--Monday and tuesday were the opposite, starting to normalize today and I be by tomorrow back to normal.
