Weds--sparring 5 rounds, helping friend get ready for fight

Thursday--10 dips, 5 pull ups (run around park 50 yards or so for 30 minutes, moderate pace)

Friday

Juarez Valley 30 Squats

Band leg curls 3 sets of 12

 

Not ideal but getting it in.
