Here was todays training, I will talk more about what I am going to do when it is completely figured out, just returned from Japan and Okinawa doing seminars (I do not like to post when gone til back)

Worked out every day there but all BW Jailhouse Training, tons of hill sprints and some long hikes

Back in the US today here is what I did

--Jump Rope

-Shadow Box

-Boxing Line Drills

--6 Heavy Swings on the plate loaded swinger, followed by 3 broad jumps x4

My conditioning is off the hook, every single hike in Japan I blew past the locals up some big ass mountains...........
