Band Y Raise (really liking these for lower traps) 3 sets 12 reps

Neck Harness (walk good posture 2 minutes weighted)

Inline Lateral raise--lean away lateral raise--Front Raise Giant set (12,10--12,10--40,40)

Inverted Row 10 x10 (these are easy just hammering upper back)

Rear Del;t Fly 200 Reps (hit failure walk to post and back about 15 sec) took 4:38

Tate Press---really stretching elbow hold at bottom 3 x 5

Standing Cable fly--sets of 10 oil failure hit 6
