squats 5 singles
Sprints with sled x 10 sets (30 yards)
Abdominal Neck Work
Friday
Sled Rows for upper back 10 sets x 10 yards----really good here, these were awesome
Inverted flys 3 sets of 12 reps
T3 raises 3 sets of 6 reps
Cable lateral raises 3 sets 12 reps
Occlusion tricep pushdowns 5 sets of 20
Saturday
1 hour hike
Everything is on point, will be major switching training gears on may 20th.............with meet, clients & finishing new book been at it around the clock but so far the only thing that has taken a beating is sleep.
