Thursday

squats 5 singles

Sprints with sled x 10 sets (30 yards)

Legendary strength coach Charles Poliquin says, “Do sprints to lose fat, build muscle, improve your health, and live a more excellent life. Sprint training is a powerful tool that gives you back considerably more in terms of health benefits than the effort required.” Poliquin’s support of sprint training is for good reason. Sprinting is one of the most underutilized methods to improve virtually every biomarker of health, target fast-twitch muscle fibers, and build mental toughness. Not to mention the fact it can be helpful for avoiding the five-o’s (you old heads know what I mean) or simply beating the crowds to your favorite happy hour. This was set 10 today! Friday

Sled Rows for upper back 10 sets x 10 yards----really good here, these were awesome

Inverted flys 3 sets of 12 reps

T3 raises 3 sets of 6 reps

Cable lateral raises 3 sets 12 reps

Occlusion tricep pushdowns 5 sets of 20

Saturday

1 hour hike

Everything is on point, will be major switching training gears on may 20th.............with meet, clients & finishing new book been at it around the clock but so far the only thing that has taken a beating is sleep.
