I apologize for being behind posting!  Anyways I am on it here is todays training, feeling strong even though conditioning is my primary focus

Cluster belt squats do 5, partner goes back and forth five minutes (adding a little each week is adding up 🙂

Heavy yoke 40 feet

Sandbag lunges 45 degrees x 1 minutes

Walking sandbag lunges x 10 yards x 2

Forward Scoop Throws back and forth 5 minutes

Lateral shuffles heavy x 5 yards a 4 sets
