Sorry on my lack of posts workouts have been GOING GREAT!!!!

Here was todays session

-Belt squat 1 and 1/4 style 3 sets of 5

-farmers walk 50 feet with sled followed by 60 yard sprint, see video

-Husafelt carry 3 sets with sled drag

-20 pound med ball throws back and forth 8 minutes

Really feeling good!
