Inverted flys 3 sets of 115 reps

T3 raises 3 sets of 6 reps

Cable lateral raises 3 sets 15 reps

Occlusion tricep pushdowns 5 sets of 20

Saturday

15 seconds, 45 seconds off treadmill interval sprints
