Yesterday did Mitts and other boxing drills, shorter BUT more intense

--Deadlifts, first time in while 3 sets of  3, feel strong but no groove yet

--band rows 4 sets of 12

-seated band leg curl 3 sets of  20

-lots of abdominal work
