Training has been going great and changed a lot of things around but feeling awesome, elbow is continually improving!

Mondays workout---These were strip sets (heavy Romanian deadlifts x 3, Leg Curls to failure, reducing weight each set 3 reps on RDLS, leg curls range from 4 to 12 reps)

The RDL's felt VERY powerful this was a primary movement for me in 2004 when I focused on explosive power/speed----these felt fast, like insane fast (all the swings have paid off)

1 Leg Press---20,12,10,8

Neck work

Backwards Sled Drags 4 sets 20 yards

One arm cable row x 12 x 3 sets

HELLUVA A WORKOUT!

Yesterday (above was Monday)

Incline Hammer Strength x 6, Lat Pulldowns Hammer Strength x 6, rear delt fly x 20

Lateral Raises (5 minutes straight do 5 reps each arm, alternate arms, no rest got 17 sets)

Hit the heavy bag!

Feeling great, performing at a high level!!
