There are times that I don't get to train with my "regular" crew.  Whatever the reason, but it does happen every now and again.  As of the last few weeks I like to pull one, possibly two different people that participate in my program and make them my "Training Partner" for the day.

When I train, it's a different person I become other than the one that I am as a Coach.  As a coach, I need to keep an empathetic ear open to the possibilities of life that sometimes happen to people.  Notice I didn't say SYMPATHETIC.  That would be disabling and counterproductive to the overall aim of my training programs.

But when I am YOUR training partner, I bring a whole new level to "A$$HO!E"

I rip into you for anything less than 100% effort. Better not let me catch you in a "soft" moment.  If your mind wonders, I'll find it, scrunch it up, throw it on the floor, and stomp the crap out of it.

So today, I grabbed a guy that has a wonderful outlook in training, but has no idea the Can of Whoop A$$ that was about to be opened.

Without slowing down and simply resting the time it took the other person to complete their reps we did this:

Pull Up Hell with Grip 4orce handles: 2 sets of 22 reps in FIVE different hand positions.

American Bar Chest Supported Row: 4 sets of 8 reps x 185 lbs

Lat Finisher using the Spud Straps and the Lat Pull Down: 4x8x50

Cable Push Downs for Triceps: 4x15x110

Supine Cable Tricep Extension: 4x15x110

Dips vs Band: 4x15

Reverse Grip Tricep Push Down: 4x15x110

Incline DB Curl: 4x8x30

DB Hammer Curl: 4x8x35

Cable Curl: 4x8x50

Single Arm DB Preacher Curl: 4x8x25

My participant KICKED Butt or at least he never complained about anything.

Happy Thanksgiving Mother EFers!!!
