Here is todays training---Trap Bar Deadlifts contrasted with a 60 yard Sprint

6 Reps--Sprint x 5 sets

3 sets of 5 GHR

3 sets 12,8,6 Neck

 

On the sprints I am up to about 95%, I feel so fast that I afraid to fully hit the gas because of tearing something.  it may be delusional but I have never felt so fast and agile..........I am not my strongest ever BUT certainly my most functionally diversified
