Challenging week to get training in and the travel. I flew up to Canada to help a client Amit Sapir with some training and to modify his squat rack he was having problems with. Squatting over 800lbs with a mono lift attachment that isn’t locked in doesn’t allow much in the way of stabilization.

Then I turned around with one day at home and had to fly out to Phoenix for a seminar.
