Concept II Rowing:

5 minutes steady state

10x20/40  that means...20 seconds as hard as you can go, followed by 40 second recovery stroke done 10 times.

AirDyne Bike:

5 minutes steady state followed by 10 x 20/40

 

Pick either one of the following:

Battle Ropes: 10x20 EACH HAND alternating

 

OR

 

Prowler: 10x50 yards @90 lbs
